The Babymoon Story

Once upon a time, there were two friends… the greatest of friends who decided to venture out and obtain an Italian restaurant and dedicate themselves to cater, wine & dine, and feed the hungry mouths that ventured near their establishment. A kid from the streets of Jersey and a southern boy from Rocky Mount, NC purchased Babymoon Cafe from their good friend Joseph Leli who wanted to leave his legacy in the hands of young, dedicated entrepreneurs in order to pursue his career as a professional restaurant consultant. These two gentlemen, with help from the rest of the Babymoon Team, wake up every morning striving to provide the best quality Italian Cuisine & service to those who work near Morrisville’s Research Triangle Park or visit Raleigh North Carolina.

Yeirdon Ingle, Owner

Yeirdon Ingle of Rocky Mount, NC earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. His culinary degree from the Food Network and “Mom” along with countless hours in the the “lab” has helped him create the perfect menu for Babymoon Cafe.

Ryan Salman, Owner

Ryan has been in the restaurant industry for over 18 years as a server, bartender, manager, and now co-owner. In 2002 he moved to North Carolina because he just had to get out of “Jerz”. Since then he’s continued his restaurant-management career at Quaintance-Weaver, Raleigh’s Lucky 32 and Green Valley Grill. As a devoted husband to his wife (Andrea) and father (two children – Reese Parker & Macksen) he has learn to become a versatile player in the restaurant business…
